A night in can be restorative, or it can be anxiety inducing.

Once upon a time (and sometimes also still now today) unscheduled time was a huge source of stress and anxiety for me.

When I had "nothing to do" I often felt lonely, panicked, and less than everyone else around me who seemed to move through their downtime easily. My therapists made recommendations for me to transition from packing my days with things to do by doing some small "fun" tasks like word searches or sudoku puzzles.

This felt a bit silly at the time, but have a go-to resource when I desperately wanted to chill and enjoy my alone time despite feeling wildly uncomfortable doing so, was a game-changer.

I hope that these pages help to calm your busy mind and serve as a way to dip your toe in the water of spending time with yourself. Because she deserves your time too.
